RETURN POLICY
30-DAY RETURNS
You've got 30 days to return parts that are unopened and in the original packaging.
RESTOCKING FEE
All returns get hit with a 20% restocking fee based on what you paid (not including shipping). Shipping costs are never refunded.
WHAT CAN'T BE RETURNED
- Items marked "Non-Returnable" on our site
- Custom-made parts
- Production orders
OPENED BOXES
If the box is opened or tampered with, or if you try to return after 30 days - no refund, period.
SHIPPING RETURNS
Unless we screwed up, you pay for return shipping. We recommend using a carrier with tracking. We're not responsible for parts lost during shipping.
DAMAGED RETURNS
If you return a part that shows wear or has torn packaging:
- We'll document it with photos
- You'll either pay a 30% restocking fee or get no refund and we'll ship it back to you
PROCESSING TIME
- Returns are processed within 5 business days after we get the part
- You'll get an email about your refund, exchange, or any issues
- Refunds take 4-5 business days to hit your account
- We're not responsible for bank delays
