MANUFACTURER WARRANTIES

LaunchCTRL1 honors the warranty provided by each product's manufacturer. Different parts have different warranties. The warranty ends when:

• You sell or transfer the product
• The manufacturer's warranty period expires
• You violate any warranty terms listed below

WHAT WE COVER

• ONLY what the manufacturer covers
• No additional coverage beyond manufacturer's terms
• Only remedies offered by the manufacturer

WARRANTY VOIDED IF:

• Parts aren't installed following manufacturer's instructions
• You customize or modify the original product
• Product is used for racing/competition
• Product is modified or repaired improperly

NOT COVERED:

• Normal wear and tear
• Cosmetic rust or scratches
• Damage from accidents
• Unlawful vehicle operation
• Misuse, neglect, or overloading
• Improper maintenance
• Incorrect assembly or mounting

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

YOUR ONLY REMEDY IS REPAIR, REPLACEMENT, OR REFUND (DETERMINED BY LAUNCHCTRL1). LAUNCHCTRL1 IS NOT LIABLE FOR:

Damage to your vehicle

Damage to cargo or property

Injuries to any person

Lost profits or sales

Any consequential, direct, indirect, or special damages

THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING NO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
